ABOUT TALC

Talc, commonly known as steatite or soapstone, is a partially saturated magnesium silicate mineral. This is one of the most abundant and distinct minerals. Talc mines are excavated further into the earth’s layers to scrape off and extract talc minerals. When you contact a talc bulk, it has an extremely silky, slippery texture that gives it a velvety sensation.

The talc mines are located in the Northern parts of Pakistan. The talc chunks obtained by all the mines are inspected and cleaned. Its purification and whiteness are used to differentiate them.

Our talc powder is available in a variety of molecular weights, extending from 100 meshes to 4 microns, and has a brightening range of 80 percent to 98 percent. The range is sufficient to fit the unique grades we provide for a variety of uses.
